JAIPUR: The state government has decided to come up with a bill to prevent fraudulent multi-level marketing firms from duping people in the aftermath of multi-crore fraud by the Gold Sukh Trade India Ltd which made thousands of investors its victim. Chief minister Ashok Gehlot has asked the officials to prepare a draft of the bill in which separate legal provision against such fraudsters will be made, sources said.

NWA Officials Meet Home Minister of Mharashtra for separate law for direct selling companies
Networkers Welfare Association officials Secretory Prashant More, Dr. Vikas Patil, Jaywant Motugade along with Sudhir Sinhasane discussed in detail with Home Minister Of Maharashtra State Mr.R.R. Patil for a separate law for Direct selling/Network marketing companies.They handed over written application demanding the same along with some points of suggestion to be included in the law. Home minister assured that he will raise the point in next vidhan sabha session.

Network Marketing Bill to be introduced in next parliment budget
Ministry of Commerce and Industries decided to propose to central cabinet to pass Network Marketing bill during next budget session of parliament. Networkers Welfare Association is in follow up and requested for the same with Mr. Prithviraj Chavan,Minister of State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Mr.R.R. Patil, deputy CM and Home Minister Maharashtra state. Maharashtra Govt. is also committed to bring a separate legislation for the Network Industry and Networkers Welfare Association is in follow up with concerned Govt. authorities.

Ramana of Andhra Pradesh High Court of Hyderabad issued order Home department,Director General Of Police and Police Authorities, not to threaten NMart associates asNMart is dealing with activities of selling goods under direct marketing, its associates in the lite of the government letter Do no. 21/22/2001 dated 21/03/2003. NMart has 15 retail operational malls across the country and company has planned to open another 10 malls up to year end.

The Maharashtra police have commenced cracking down on investment companies in the State. Taking a clue from the Andhra Pradesh and Orissa Police the Maharashtra Police had now started to swoop down on all companies that are involved in promoting investment plans. This is the very good progress as far as the Industry concerned. Recently Maharashtra Police raided a company JITC and are planning to read four more companies in immediate future. According to inform sources the raids are likely to continue till the Investment companies are curbed. The white collar offences wing of the Maharashtra Police have already raided some of these companies in Mumbai and planned to organize raids on all such companies and book them under MPID Act. They have gathered all the details of all such companies and had come up with the firm action plan to put the full stop at this menace.The members who are promoting Investment plans are also likely to be arrested by Police in all such cases.
