     Associate means Member or any other designation provided by the Association.

     All the Associates should understand the Self Employment Program of the NWA before taking part the Self Employment Program.
     All the payments for availing services of the NWA as new associates shall be made by Demand Draft in favour of Networkers Welfare Association payable at pune only and the cash payment shall made in a/c of the NWA.
     The Associates shall deposit all the collections made on behalf of the " N.W.A." for the services of the Association only in the Bank Account of the NWA. The NWA shall not be responsible / liable for any liability for the payments / remittances made / deposited other than the Bank Account of the NWA.

Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on the web site, INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AND IN NO EVENT SHALL WEB MASTER BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED OTHERWISE. The NWA reserves the right to make any changes, amendments or alteration in design, nature content, description, range, scheme and formulation of the product and services provided by the NWA including any changes in the marketing strategies, compensation / incentive plans, policies and procedures from time to time as the company may deem fit and necessary to do so.
     All the benefits / incentives/ bonus are payable by Bank Transfers or cheque payments. Subject to statutory deduction, if any as applicable.
     The management is having sole discretion to organize the training session / Presentation / Seminar / Educational programs and the same will informed to all the associates accordingly.
     If any associate or staff wants to promote / market the services of the NWA in any other means except this Self Employment Program , which helps the NWA to increase its Funds, then a prior written permission is required from the management of the NWA.
     All the payment will be subject to all applicable Taxes and other Tax with holdings, duties and levies.
     The payment is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances for the purchase of services or for Self Employment Program because the payment made to NWA will be treated as donation to the welfare funds for the networkers.
     The NWA shall any dispute arising from this Agreement or in relation to the agreement to the duly appointed Arbitrator by the NWA. Associated should not raise any objection on the ground that the Arbitrator is having any connection with the NWA. All disputes shall be subject to Deputy Charity Commissioner Court at Sangli only.
     The NWA at his discretion reserves the whole rights.
     NWA is not liable for any claim, cost, damage due to the misrepresentation by the Associate about the quality performance or availability of the NWA services.
     The Associate will get the incentives/bonus in accordance with his efforts / work as per the Self Employment Program i.e higher the efforts, higher the incentives/bonus.
     The Associate shall bear the faith and allegiance to the NWA shall uphold the integrity and decorum of the NWA, and shall maintain good relation with other Associates and other clients.

All the above Terms and Conditions are applicable/binding to the Nominee of the person who enter into an agreement with the company and the third party which directly or indirectly effected the services or the interest of the NWA.
